  • Should I have plans drawn before I purchase a lot?

    It may be helpful to you to know the size and layout of home you want before you pick a lot. Alternatively, knowing the lot size may help you in drawing your plans. This is ultimately up to you, but you are not required to have plans drawn prior to purchasing a lot.

  • Do I need the help of a realtor to be able to purchase a lot?

    A realtor is not required to purchase a lot, however, you may use one if you’d like. We are happy to pay a Buyer’s Agent commission.

  • I’m ready to purchase a lot, what is my first step?

    The first step in purchasing a lot is to contact us either by phone or email.

  • How long after I purchase a lot do I have to start building?

    Building must commence within 18 months after purchasing the lot.

Building a House

  • Can I choose any builder I want?

    Yes, you may choose any builder you want, as long as they are a qualified custom home builder.

  • Are there building requirements?

    All building requirements are stated in the Covenants and Restrictions found here.

  • What is the HOA fee and when is it due?

    The HOA fee is $660 due annually on January 1st.
